Early in this final year of the 20th century there are problems with your place of residence. The concern could be structural in nature, but it could also be social such as trouble with a neighbor. Greater interaction occurs this year between you and a sibling than you've experienced in the past decade. This is partly due to continued worry over a parent's deteriorating health and the decision about the best route to take for all concerned. Telephone calls from and to people living abroad are more frequent this year as well. Don't allow them to get out of hand. Someone close to you may be lucky in a raffle or lottery. If you are planning a trip discuss financial arrangements well in advance and be sure that you understand what is covered and what is not.
